Tools to decide whether a relationship system built for you is the right choice, with your own numbers. Nothing you enter is sent anywhere unless you send it with your map.
Off-the-shelf CRMs rent you a pipeline by the seat, for as long as you use them. We build a relationship system once, around how your firm works, and the code and the data are yours. Put your own numbers in: it shows when a build pays for itself, and says so when it would not.
We start at one in four. Change it if you know your people better.
Price follows what we build, never how many people use it.
Suggested for 3 people and 150 relationships: in your workspace.
How this is worked out: a client kept is worth what they bring you in a year after costs, counted for one year only and only for the share you chose. Nothing is counted until the system is running, from month 2; care is paid from month 1, and owning includes three years of it. Rent: HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, €90 a seat a month on an annual plan plus €1,470 compulsory onboarding (hubspot.fr list prices, checked 13 September 2026).
| Mainstream CRM | Osiris and Iris | |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | A licence for every user, every month, for as long as you use it | One price for the build. Care afterwards is optional and monthly |
| Adding a colleague | Another licence | No extra cost |
| Adding what you need later | A higher plan, usually for every seat | The one add-on you need, built on the same record and priced before we start |
| What it is built around | A sales pipeline that you adapt yourself | The whole relationship: who matters, how often to be in touch, and what you promised |
| Knowing who is going cold | Reminders you set up and keep up yourself | A rhythm for every person, and a morning list that says why each name is on it |
| Getting started | Configure it yourself, or buy an onboarding package | We work out with you who matters and how often, then install it with your team |
| Moving your data in | An import tool, and a paid partner or package for anything more complex | Every person, firm and conversation carried across and counted against the old system, at a fixed price agreed after a data audit |
| Where your data lives | On the vendor's servers, on the vendor's terms | In your own Google, Airtable or Supabase account, billed to you by the provider, not through us |
| If you stop | Export what the vendor allows, then rebuild somewhere else | Nothing to move: the code and every record are already yours |
Moving from your current CRM is priced on your data, never on how many people use it, and costs the same whichever build you choose. Describe what you have today and the estimate updates as you go.
It is how we moved The Gatekeepers Club's own CRM: every person, firm and conversation counted against the old system before the switch.
Some systems are harder to extract from than others.
Count everything: contacts, companies, deals, notes and logged activities.
5,000 to 25,000 records
Custom fields, custom objects and bespoke pipelines all need mapping.
Not sure? Choose average. The data audit confirms it.
A €350 data audit turns this estimate into a fixed quote. The audit fee is credited against your migration.
