What we build

One relationship system, built once around your firm and owned by you. Two ways to have it, add-ons for what your day needs, and a way to bring everything you have across.

Two ways to have it, and what they cost

One price for the build, whatever the size of your team. The second includes the first, plus six add-ons at a quarter off. Care afterwards is optional and monthly, so you can stop whenever you like.

In your workspace€4,000

The kernel, shaped to you, in your own Google, Airtable or Supabase account. About two weeks.

  • Relationship audit and your map, done with you
  • People, firms and every conversation in one record
  • Your rings, your rhythm, birthdays and key dates
  • The Today view: who is going cold, this morning
  • Open promises and next touch per person
  • Import from your spreadsheet or contacts, deduplicated
  • Everything exportable, in one click
  • Installed with your team on the screen
  • The code, yours
Care: €100 a month, optional
Built around you€8,500

Everything in the workspace tier, plus six add-ons at a quarter off. Three to five weeks.

  • Inbox and calendar connected (Google or Microsoft)
  • Moments engine: seasons, life events and public wins, in one weekly digest
  • Referral tracking: who sent whom, and what came of it
  • Team cover, handovers and reassignment when someone is away
  • Weekly and board reporting that answers your questions
  • Segments and invitation lists drawn from the rings
  • Any further add-on at 15% less
Care: €300 a month, optional

Whatever you choose, you keep the code. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would still have everything.

Add what your day needs, nothing you do not

Every tier can take any of these, and the second tier already includes six. Each is quoted on what your build needs, and costs 15% less when built alongside the second tier. Migration is the exception: a service priced on your data, the same for every tier. If a tool you already pay for does the job well, we connect to it rather than rebuild it.

Looking after clients

  • Promise tracking across your whole book: kept, broken, overdue
  • Renewal and lifetime value view, who is due, who is at risk
  • Moments engine: seasons, life events and public wins, in one digest
  • Household and family mapping for private clients
  • Shared inbox and WhatsApp capture into the record

Revenue and operations

Marketing that respects people

  • The Approach: gated, researched, low-volume outreach
  • Inbound scoring against your ideal client, with an owner
  • Segments and invitation lists drawn from the rings
  • Newsletter and event engagement written back to the person
  • Consent, preferences and quiet lists, kept properly

Connected to what you already use

  • Inbox and calendar (Google, Microsoft)
  • Accounting and invoicing (Xero, QuickBooks, Pennylane, Sage)
  • ERP and order systems, read-only or two-way
  • Email and event tools (Mailchimp, Brevo, Eventbrite)
  • Booking, e-signature and payments (Calendly, DocuSign, Stripe)

Projects, on the same record as the people in them

For firms whose relationships turn into work: a campaign, a build, an engagement. A project belongs to the people and firms taking part, so a conversation about the work shows on the person, the firm and the project at once.

Left out on purpose: Gantt charts, dependencies, resource planning and time sheets. A project keeps one figure for hours.

  • Parties in their roles, not one client field: the client, a partner, their agency, whoever signs off
  • Phases from your own templates, each with a due date and a done date
  • Deliverables with an owner, a date and a status
  • Sign-offs recorded: who approved what, and when
  • The fee, what is invoiced and what is received, seen only by the people working on the project
  • A board by phase, and a calendar of what is due
  • Where someone taking part is under 18, their guardian is on the project and signs off for them

We build the relationship system. We do not build accounting, ERP or email tools, and we never will. We connect to the good ones.

Moving from the system you have

Every person, firm and conversation carried across and counted against the old system before the switch. Priced on your data, never on how many people use it, and the same whichever build you choose.

Estimate your migration

We also fix how you meet new people

Most outreach is sloppy, so it needs volume, and volume costs reputation. We take the opposite view: relationships are built from the first message.

The Approach is a module inside your system. Nobody becomes a target until they pass your ideal-client gate. Nobody gets a message until the research is done and there is a real reason to write. Ten considered approaches a week beat four hundred templates, and the system enforces the ten.

Inbound works the same way: every lead is scored against the people you actually want, given a suggested first reply and an owner, and moved into the rings the moment there is a real conversation.
